Jarret McFarland joined Redwood Financial Strategies in October 2025, bringing more than 12 years of experience in wealth management, retirement planning, and financial advisory services. He helps clients build long-term financial stability through thoughtful, individualized strategies in investment planning, legacy planning, defined contribution plan management, and risk management. Jarret was immediately drawn to Redwood’s subscription-based membership model, believing it offers a truly concierge-level service to a select group of clients.

Before joining Redwood, Jarret held financial advisory roles with two Fortune 500 companies, where he helped guide individuals, families, and businesses through meaningful and often complex financial decisions. Jarret holds a BS in Criminal Justice with a Legal Studies emphasis and a minor in Business Management. A former scholarship athlete at New Mexico State University, he later graduated from Missouri Western State University. He has earned the FSCP designation from The American College of Financial Planning and currently serves as Treasurer for a Milwaukee nonprofit, in addition to serving on several community boards.

Outside of work, Jarret enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, working out, and attending sporting events. He especially loves watching his boys compete in basketball and taekwondo.
