Meet Julie Gagnon
|
Julie is the Director of Client Experience on Mike’s team and ensures every interaction with
Redwood Financial Strategies reflects the firm’s commitment to exceptional service. With more
than 20 years of experience in training, leadership development, and customer success, Julie
brings a thoughtful, organized approach to helping clients feel supported and confident in their
financial journey.
Before joining Redwood, Julie held leadership and training roles with Kohl’s, Chick-fil-A, and Direct
Supply, where she specialized in improving onboarding, communication, and customer
engagement. Her background allows her to anticipate client needs and create seamless
experiences—so Mike and the advisory team can stay focused on helping clients reach their
financial goals.
Outside of work, Julie lives in Germantown with her husband, Andy. They enjoy visiting her parents
up north in Mountain, WI—where Julie sneaks in time with her cat, Rocket, whom she “gifted” to her
parents when marrying Andy, since his allergy-induced asthma made it impossible for him to live
with a cat (now that’s love!). She also enjoys crafting and volunteering at her church.
