Catie Ladwig is the Executive Assistant to Jake and has been an integral part of the team for more than three years. She supports day-to-day operations, client service, and scheduling, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so clients receive timely, thoughtful attention.

Catie holds a Life and Health Insurance license and earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from UW–Whitewater. She takes pride in serving as a reliable point of contact for clients and enjoys building genuine relationships while helping make the financial planning process feel organized and stress-free.

 

Outside of work, Catie can often be found keeping up with her three kids’ busy sports schedules, curled up with a good book, or listening to her husband’s latest hunting escapades. She brings that same energy, patience, and attention to detail to her role each day and truly values being part of a team that helps clients plan confidently for their future.
