Meet Todd Blazei

Todd joined Redwood Financial Strategies in August 2020, drawn to the firm’s client-focused approach and commitment to clear, tailored financial guidance. Throughout his career, Todd has supported Fortune 500 companies and their employees both as an actuarial consultant and as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits. Most recently, he served at Fiserv, Inc., where he chaired the Investment Committee for the company’s 401(k) and retirement programs.
He is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals and long-term success. With more than 30 years of experience as a retirement actuary and human resources executive, he brings deep experience and guidance to every client relationship.
Todd is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and graduated with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with majors in Actuarial Science and Risk Management. His background allows him to translate complex financial concepts into practical strategies that help clients gain confidence and clarity in their financial futures.
Outside of work, Todd and his wife, Beth, live on Okauchee Lake in Oconomowoc, WI, and enjoy spending time with their daughters, Breanna and Brooke, as well as family and friends. Todd is proud of his election into the Iron Shield Society by the Wisconsin Union and his induction into the Greendale Martin Luther High School Hall of Honor Class of 2021.
